How It Works
Our Company sends direct e-mail Internet links to candidates being assessed within an organization. Within 24-48 hours of receipt of the completed assessments, our Certified Values and Behavioral Analysts will provide you with the candidate’s results. This feedback will identify potential strengths, possible limitations and recommendations for selection or development. A written analysis outlining the candidate’s strengths, limitations and a consultant’s summary can be sent with a copy of the candidate’s results and forwarded directly to you. Printed copies are also available upon request. They can be utilized for up to one-third of the hiring decision, along with interviews, references and other employee hiring processes.
